Repairs and spare parts

For orders of spare parts or repairs please contact the retailer where you purchased the product.

Keep the following information ready:

  • product name
  • serial number ( white label with EAN codes on the back of the child seat)
  • date of purchase / receipt
  • invoice number

In case of a warranty matter the claims have to be made ​​against the retailer not RECARO Child Safety.
